Palazzo Vecchio

The Tuscan quality of wine

Palazzo Vecchio is strongly linked to the territory and tradition. The soil is made of tuff clay and silt, the latter being the mineral thread between the products.

Always committed to the search for quality and low environmental impact agriculture, Palazzo Vecchio has joined the "Environmental Sustainability Project" launched by the Nobile di Montepulciano Wine Consortium. The main elements are the limitation of CO2 emissions, pollution of aquifers and commitment to the defense of biodiversity, fundamental conditions for safeguarding the territory but above all for current and future programs of sustainable agriculture.

... five, four, three, two, one is here now ... the harvest is upon us. The white grapes, Malvasia and Grechetto for the VinSanto will be harvested by hand, and then towards the end of the month the red grapes for most Sangiovese which is the main blend of all our wines; present at 80% in the Rosso di Montepulciano "Dogana" to reach 100% of the Noble "Terrarossa".
