“Cortona”wine pursue a linear utilisation of Sangiovese, a choise of Palazzo Vecchio. It is a ready-to-drink red, it ages for only six months in oak.
Intense and complex with well blended notes of spices, pepper, pepper and wild berries. Well structured, harmonious with a balanced relationship between acidity and tannins, with good persistence.
Serving suggestions: First courses, second courses of roasted or spiced white meat. Fresh cheeses, excellent for an aperitif
