It is the "youngest" but recognizable in the features. Good acidity, the grapes comes from new plants, at an altitude of about 270 meters.
Light, mature ruby. Subtle smoky-ashy nose with mild spices, wild plants and ripe black fruits. Lots of fragrance on the palate with exquisitely supple tannic frame. Both elegant and silky, with great length. An accessible wine of some distinction.
Serving suggestions: Pasta and rice first courses, main courses in general, cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
