The Noble of Montepulciano presents itself with a light ruby color with garnet reflections. Elegant, with a slightly smoky scent that combines undergrowth, dog rose, black fruits in jam, and delicate spices. On the palate, it is round, balanced, well-structured, very soft mouthfeel with almost creamy tannins, controlled power, and persistent and concentrated aromatic finesse.
A wine harvested around the company at 300m to 350m above sea level. The company is surrounded by seven vineyards, and every year we select three for the production of the Maestro.
Rosso di Montepulciano DOC Dogana 2021It is the "youngest" but recognizable in the features. Good acidity, the grapes comes from new plants, at an altitude of about 270 meters. Serving suggestions: Pasta and rice first courses, main courses in general, cured meats and fresh cheeses. A good wine to drink and with which to make a good aperitif
